Since we're using POS LAJU from POS Malaysia as our courier company, therefore customers can track their orders through the tracking system provided below allowing them to know the current location of the parcel/package and when will it arrive.

Your order will be delivered via POS LAJU every Monday. Please ensure a physical address for delivery as we cannot deliver to a P.O Box. If we have a problem in supplying your order we will contact you by sms




Returns

Check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of order item is incorrect. FDN does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.

Exchange Policy
To reach the target of hassle free internet purchase, QC are done strictly for every item. In case if found any defective products, please contact us within 2 days after receiving it.
  1. ~Our terms of definition for defects includes, manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of clothes is missing.

  3. ~Exchange can only be done within period stated, additional postal fee will be bear by FDN if it's caused by direct error of FDN, otherwise are to be bear by buyer(s).
We will seek the best solution to help you solve your problem.
Attn: Any exchange done without contacting us is under buyer’s own responsibility.
Conditions that are not under Exchange Policy:
  • ~Misuse or mishandling of product
  • ~Incorrect storing method, ie in damp environment
  • ~Exposure to too high or too low temperature
  • ~Any alteration done to product
  • ~Dirt cause by food and drinks
  • ~Any exchange done without contacting us.
  • ~Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories
  • ~Tag was removed and wore item
  • ~Exceeded exchange period, small area of dirt, washed
  • ~Products not purchased from FDN
  • ~We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation,size cannot be fitted,changing mind and etc.
  • ~Please check carefully with the measurement list whether it is fixed. If buyer could not fitted, it CANNOT be a reason for return.
All goods sold are not refundable.

  1. ~FDN holds the rights of these terms and conditions, any amendment will not be notify

  3. ~Different monitors display colors differently, and everyone’s definition of color is not the same, thus we cannot guarantee what you see in out picture is exactly 100% same as our product. We will do our best to describe every item if they are different from our picture
